    I loved this workbook and would highly recommend it. Some of these were things that I knew I should be doing, but needed the guidance to do them. I loved the explanations given for each self-care section, along with the pages for specific steps to take. The reflection pages were great too! This really helped me better understand the steps to take to make sure I am practicing better self-care.

    This is an easy read and a great start to improving your self-care journey. The reflection pages, self-care suggestions and journal prompts were great additions.
