GoalsWon App Review: Unlocking Productivity and Transforming Daily Habits

Unlocking productivity and transforming daily habits, my one-week trial with the GoalsWon app revealed the power of human coaching in streamlining goal setting and remarkably boosting accountability.

As a new mom, I feel like I am in a constant uphill battle with consistency and productivity. Before pregnancy, I had no problems figuring out how to effectively manage my time to achieve multiple personal, health, and career goals. But these days, I always forget the smallest things, such as making time to read a book, work on the blog, or even finish certain wellness routines. This led me to agree to a collaboration with GoalsWon, in which I completed a free trial. I have to admit, I love this app and even plan on paying for it at some point.
Since completing the free trial, I wanted to share my honest experience with you. I set up this trial with a mix of curiosity and hope. Like many of us, I juggle a full-time 9-5 job and care for a baby under one, so finding a way to be more consistent with my personal goals is more challenging. The app promises accountability, improvement in mindset, and an improvement in consistency with your daily habits, all things I looked forward to while using it.
About GoalsWon
GoalsWon is a mobile app that helps you to hold yourself more accountable for completing your daily habits and routines. It’s designed as an accountability coaching service designed to support you through personalized daily coaching. The app connects you with a dedicated coach who works with you one-on-one to help identify long-term targets, break them down into manageable daily actions, and track your progress on a streamlined platform. Every day, you share your results and receive tailored feedback, including tips, encouragement, and even creative workarounds if you run into obstacles. The system is built around the idea that human coaching—provided by real people rather than bots or AI—can drive you to success.
Honestly, having a one-on-one coach to guide me through my different goals sounded amazing, and it was something I didn’t want to miss out on. Now that I’ve experienced this, I am doing my due diligence in making sure that you also do this, too.
My Experience Using Goals Won
My Setup and Goals

During my trial, I decided to focus on a few specific goals across different areas of my life.
- Physical Wellness Goal: Do yoga for 15-20 minutes a day
- Mental Wellness: Go to bed before 12 am
- Personal Development: Read one chapter a day
- Career Goal: Write and edit blog posts
Alongside these daily goals, I also had a couple of monthly targets that were especially important: finishing reading Master of Me by Keke Palmer and completing all of my April blog posts. At first, I struggled to maintain these habits. The constant pressure of work and caring for a young child meant that I often felt overwhelmed and unable to focus on my personal development. But, slowly but surely, I started to figure out how to navigate these everyday complications to include small private moments where reading and writing can be done. This is where my assigned coach Rhen, came in. Rhen was fantastic, and I loved working with her. She truly helped me to see the light at the end of the tunnel, and map out how I wanted to go about achieving my goals.
The Role of My Coach, Rhen

Having real human coaching, instead of an AI robot, is one of the most important key features of the GoalsWon app. My coach, Rhen, was a true game-changer. She employed evidence-based techniques and grounded her approach in positive psychology and self-reflection. Every day, she checked in with me, provided personalized feedback, and helped me reassess my strategies when I found myself off track. With daily accountability and a tailored coaching plan, I began to feel more motivated and supported.
Rhen’s coaching style was both empathetic and practical. She understood that my life was hectic, and she adjusted her advice accordingly. Instead of offering generic advice, she worked with me to identify small, actionable steps that I could realistically incorporate into my daily routine. For example, when I struggled with getting to sleep before midnight, she offered practical tips like winding down with a book or adjusting my evening routine to allow for more relaxation time. Even though I still have challenges with this particular goal, I appreciate that her feedback was honest and constructive.

Premium Access, Pricing, and Its Features
GoalsWon offers premium access with two subscription options: a monthly plan for $90 per month or $720 per year. Along with these options, there’s a monthly coaching plan designed to kickstart short-term action. This plan includes a dedicated GoalsWon coach, daily accountability, personalized support, seven days a week service, custom reporting and graphs, and accessible iOS and Android apps.
I took advantage of the trial period to experience as many features as possible. The daily check-ins and the custom reporting system were particularly useful. The reports provided a clear visual representation of my progress, which made it easier to see where I was improving and where I needed to put in extra effort. Knowing that I could track my progress so precisely was a huge motivator, and it gave me tangible evidence that my daily actions were adding up to real progress.
What Worked for Me

One of the biggest wins during my trial was the increase in my overall productivity. While I still struggle with some goals—like sleeping before midnight—I have made strides in other areas. I managed to read more than one chapter a day from my book, and I even finished writing and scheduling all of my April blog posts. My yoga sessions became more consistent, and I even felt encouraged to start incorporating weightlifting into my routine.
The daily human coaching was the backbone of my success with GoalsWon. Unlike many apps that rely on automated check-ins or impersonal reminders, the personal touch of speaking with Rhen made a significant difference. Her support helped me push through days when I felt particularly low on energy or motivation. This level of personalized support is rare in the crowded market of productivity and goal-setting apps.

Areas for Improvement
Despite the many positives, my experience with GoalsWon wasn’t without its challenges. One of the goals I continue to struggle with is adjusting my sleep schedule. Although Rhen provided me with useful strategies, the nature of my hectic life means that some habits are harder to break than others. Additionally, the premium pricing might be a barrier for some users. The monthly fee of $90 ($720 yearly) is a significant investment, especially when you consider that there are many other goal-setting apps available. However, if you value daily human coaching and personalized support, the cost may well be justified by the improvements in your productivity and personal growth.
Final Thoughts
Overall, my week-long trial with GoalsWon has been a positive experience. The personalized daily coaching from a dedicated coach like Rhen is a standout feature that sets this app apart from others. While I haven’t achieved perfection in all my goals, I have seen a noticeable improvement in my productivity and consistency. The structured approach to goal setting, combined with the accountability of daily check-ins, made it easier for me to build and maintain new habits despite the challenges of a busy life.
If you’re considering a tool to help you turn your goals into reality, GoalsWon is worth a try—especially if you’re looking for that human connection and tailored support. It might just be the extra push you need to start living a more productive and fulfilling life.
