I started this site as a resource with health and wellness tips, mental health information, and self-care advice for women. My goal is to help you overcome your inner self-love challenges, find inner happiness, and create a strategy for incorporating daily self-care into your routines.
I’ve always had a talent for writing and a passion for helping others. When the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, it opened the doors for me to use my gift to inspire others to start taking care of themselves. This is one Riyah Speaks was born.
Riyah Speaks is a lifestyle and wellness blog focusing on self-care and love, yoga, gift ideas, holiday content, general health, and tips for finding happiness. I also provide services to help you to maintain your health and happiness goals.

These are a few of fun facts about me…
- I love to indulge in an excellent skincare routine. It’s one of my favorite self-care practices next to yoga.
- I’m a huge Potterhead. I grew up reading the Harry Potter series and watching the films. As a result, I own several wands featured in this universe: Hermione, Grindelwald, The Diadem of Ravenclaw, and Luna Lovegood.
- I suffer from Depression and Anxiety. But with therapy, self-care, and lifestyle changes, I learned to love and put myself first. This led me to pursue my life coaching certifications and start Riyah Speaks.
