Healing Conversations: Episode 1 🫶🏽 Movement as Se Healing Conversations: Episode 1 🫶🏽 Movement as Self-CareOne of the biggest lessons healing has taught me is that caring for your body doesn’t have to look the same every day. Some days you’ll have the energy for more. Other days, simply showing up for yourself is enough. Both versions of you deserve grace.I’d love to hear from you: What type of movement makes you feel most like yourself? If this message resonates, save it for a day when you need the reminder and share it with someone who’s learning to be gentler with themselves.#HealingConversations #SelfCareJourney #PostpartumWellness #MentalHealthMatters #HealingJourney
June is here, and instead of chasing perfection, I June is here, and instead of chasing perfection, I’m focusing on intention. This month, I’m prioritizing habits that help me feel healthier, more present, and more at peace. From moving my body consistently and spending more time outdoors to improving my finances, protecting my evenings, and getting better sleep, these are the small changes I want to commit to.I’m not trying to transform my entire life in 30 days. I’m simply choosing to show up for myself a little more each day. Here’s to celebrating small wins, giving ourselves grace, and remembering that progress doesn’t have to be perfect to be meaningful. What is one intention you’re bringing into June?#juneintentions #mindfulliving #healthyhabits #progressnotperfection #smallwins

Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder to slo Mental Health Awareness Month is a reminder to slow down and check in with yourself.Your mental health affects how you think, feel, and move through your day. April 1st feels like the perfect reset. Not in a April 1st feels like the perfect reset. Not in a “new month, new me” kind of way… but in a real, honest, I needed to pause my life and put myself back together kind of way. It’s been months since I last showed up on here. And truthfully, I needed that time. So much happened behind the scenes that forced me to slow down, sit with myself, and really figure things out on my own. My mental health needed attention. My peace needed protection. And I needed space to just be.It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t perfect. Some days felt heavy, confusing, and honestly overwhelming. But somehow, little by little, I found my way back to myself. And today, I can say this with confidence: I feel better than I did in September. Not “completely healed.” Not “everything is figured out.” But stronger. Clearer. More grounded. More me.So this is me, stepping back in. Not as the version of me you saw before, but as someone who is still growing, still learning, and finally ready to move forward again. If you’ve ever had to step away to rebuild, I see you.I want to know What helped you find your way back?#ResetYourMind #MentalHealthRecovery #FindingMyself #SelfLove #LoveYourself
