As we faced the pandemic, we were left with lots of uncertainty about what would happen. Yet, despite all odds, we made it to 2021 together. Now is when we should practice gratitude and thankfulness the most.

Sometimes it is hard to have a gratitude mindset but we must be intentional with our thoughts and replace the negative with the positive often. I do it even when I don’t feel it and before I know it I’ve talked myself into a great moment/day.
