Meal prepping has been a huge lifesaver. Planning your meals ahead of time and only buying what you need prevents you from grocery fatigue or falling victim to your cravings. Meal prepping is the act of your meals and dishes ahead of time. Prepping your meals is an excellent way to stay healthy this Easter and learn portion control and calorie count. There are many different styles of meal prepping that you can use to make Easter Sunday slightly healthier.

Stay Active
Like Sunday afternoon, sitting on the couch and doing nothing all day is easy. Now, combine that with eating sugar and junk food all day, and you have a problem. You’ll feel more lethargic, irritable, and tired. Staying active and constantly moving prevents you from getting tired or sitting on the couch all day before and after meals. With most of this holiday centered around treats and food, I urge you to be active.

I feel like I need to emphasize this one.

My last Easter health tip is not to be afraid of setting boundaries. Sometimes, our in-laws, parents, children, siblings, and partners can knowingly or unknowingly cross certain boundaries that set our emotional triggers. Setting boundaries protects you from going through a traumatic or emotionally overwhelming experience.
