The house one is a good one! I live in an apartment so I don’t have to do much but I always tidy up my patio and remove all the cushions/ items that may get blown away haha

Even cleaning the patio is essential in the winter season! So, as long as you’re cleaning that area, then you’re doing a great job! I also live in an apartment building, but sometimes it gets freezing, so we have to put something on the windows to prevent cold air and snow from coming in.
