  2. I have been Journaling for a long time.

    I have learned there is clearly a “right” and a “wrong” way to journal.

    The activity of Journaling should help to reduce stress and improve your mindset.

    If it’s not doing that for you, I suggest trying another strategy

    1. I think that is a little harsh, but I do understand where you are coming from. Journaling should in some sense be used for improving themselves, but because there are different ways to journal, some may not have found the style that suits them. It does not mean they should not journal at all.
