95 Amazing Things I’m Grateful For Going Into My 25th Birthday

Reflecting on 25 years of life’s wonders, this list of 95 blessings showcases the abundance of gratitude as I embrace a new chapter.

Bring out the drums and blow out the candles because today is the day. Today marks 25 years since I was born, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so grateful for making it to 25 and many other things, too, so I am sharing 95 things; I’m thankful for coming on my 25th birthday

Being 25 feels so weird. While I’m happy that I am hitting this yearly milestone, I’m also sad because I feel like I’m not where I am supposed to be in life (does anyone in my age group feel like this?). I shouldn’t feel like this, but I cannot help it. So, this is why I am taking the time to do a small mindfulness practice by writing out everything I’m grateful for now that I’ve officially turned 25.

How To Make A Gratitude List

The above gratitude list is smaller than I wrote for my 24th birthday, but that’s okay. Making a gratitude list doesn’t have to be complicated or challenging. If you’re interested in creating your version, all you have to do is grab a notebook and start by thinking about at least five things you’re grateful for. Last year, I wrote a list of 100+ things I was grateful for, and this year, I wrote 95.

You could also try making a gratitude list based on the alphabet, an A-Z gratitude list, or starting your journal practice!

What are you grateful for today? Let me know in the comments.
