Final Monthly Blog Review: 2021 Blogmas Edition
Here is how the blog performed this year for Blogmas! First, read the December monthly blog review!

Merry Christmas! I hope you enjoyed my Christmas gift guides, posts, tips, and content. Normally, I would do a monthly blog review towards the end of the month, but I decided to switch it up and focus on blogmas. So, this monthly blog review is about all things related to blogmas.
I published 25 consistent posts this month and am proud of myself for doing this. I’ve never challenged myself to do this much writing before, and it was fun to do this. It also helped that I was well prepared and had most of the content written and scheduled before December. So, without further ado, here is my blogmas monthly blog review.

December Monthly Blog Review
This was my first year doing blogmas. I tried doing it last year but took a break and decided to revamp the blog. Since I made it this far, I’d consider 2021 Blogmas a success. I have excellent content for the next two weeks while on break.

Major Wins
My biggest win is writing, planning, and curating all this content for December. Blogmas is not as easy as it looks and requires a ton of planning and dedication ahead of time to become successful. However, I am proud of the work I could push out and how efficient I was about it.
I made sure to cross-promote my posts on every social media platform. In addition, I dedicated about an hour daily to participating in comment and blog engagement threads on Facebook and Twitter.
What To Expect In 2022
I want to thank everyone who took the time to read, comment, and share all my blogmas content. It means the world to me. This counts as my final post of the year, besides my yearly review post, which will come out on New Year’s Eve.
As of the new year, you can expect more self-care content for the blog, new products, and even some new channels. I won’t give away everything, but I have some fun things planned for 2022, including sponsored posts and future advertising.
Before I let you go, I want to discuss what happened with Etsy. I appreciate everyone who supported me. However, I could not stay consistent on the platform, which led to me deleting my Etsy shop. After much deliberation, I decided it would be better to focus on the digital products and services I offer on Riyah Speaks.
Thank you for being with me this year. I look forward to seeing you on New Year’s Eve. What did you think of my final monthly blog review for 2021? Let me know in the comments.

Congrats on Blogmas! These challenges are a lot of work but def well worth it! Hope you have a wonderful 2022.
Thanks Bee! I hope you have a fantastic 2022 too!
Congratulations on makeing $150 from your Etsy shop before you shut it. Can I ask, how come your Etsy shop has become so difficult to look after? Anyway, happy New Year
Thanks a lot. I shut the shop down because I could not keep up with the shipping and production costs. I hope to try again in the future. Happy New Year!
Congrats on a successful Blogmas. I posted every day in December, and it’s not easy.
Gene,
Not it’s not! But, I’m glad I did it.
